Shipping & Returns Shipping Information Unless otherwise stated, shipping is included in the cost of all DVDs and books sold on this website to anywhere in the world. Orders will be shipped within 1-3 days of receipt and generally take between one and two weeks to arrive at their destination. Return Policy If you are not happy with any DVD, book or other product purchased through this site, please do not hesitate to let us know. We will either issue a refund or exchange the item for another item of equal cost as soon as possible.
